Monthly Q&A with Marrissa Rhodes
Marrissa Rhodes is a licensed psychoanalytic psychotherapist, psycho-spiritual mentor and energy intuitive whose work lives at the edge where the science of the psyche meets the soul’s deeper wisdom. She helps visionaries, leaders, and mothers reclaim their inner wealth—the emotional range, intuition, and coherence needed to hold the complexity of life without collapse.
As both a mother and a guide, Marrissa knows firsthand how the becoming of a mother reshapes identity, relationships, and leadership. She believes that tending to our inner world is not only self-care, but a generational act: when mothers reclaim their voice, their vitality, and their truth, they change the legacies passed down to their children.
Through her private practice, teaching, and psycho-spiritual leadership work, Marrissa supports women in moving beyond survival into presence, power, and purpose—helping them feel both deeply held and fully expressed.

Monthly Q&A with Karina Klepach
Integrative Health Educator for Moms of Athletes and Dancers.
I’m a dance mom of 13+ years and a health educator of over 20.
Before I was a mom, I worked as a community health educator in Africa and trained in both conventional and integrative health. I left medical school to pursue a deeper, whole-person approach to wellness, earning a Master’s in Integrative Health and now completing my Doctorate. And then I became a dance mom. That’s when theory met reality.
I watched devoted parents do everything right, seek expert care, follow recommendations, push through, and still see their dancers stuck in cycles of injury, exhaustion, and burnout.
The issue isn’t effort. It’s the narrow lens we’re taught to use.
I created Thriving Dancers to help dance moms navigate health decisions with clarity and confidence, blending holistic wisdom with research-informed strategy, so you have options, not just protocols. After many conversations with moms of athletes, including dance moms,
This isn’t about fixing dancers and athletes. It’s about supporting the whole human behind the 'technique.'
Monthly Q&A with Maria Moreno

She’s the co-founder of Tumago, a family-run brand making sensory-friendly comfort blankets, and the host of If I Knew Then: Mom Edition, a podcast sharing honest stories and tools for every stage of parenthood.

Through breath, grounding, and guided embodiment, this journey creates a safe, nourishing space to reconnect with yourself, feel what’s been held, and meet your inner world with compassion. There is nothing to fix or force — only an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and allow your body to remember safety, softness, and love.
