Integrative Health Educator for Moms of Athletes and Dancers.
I’m a dance mom of 13+ years and a health educator of over 20.
Before I was a mom, I worked as a community health educator in Africa and trained in both conventional and integrative health. I left medical school to pursue a deeper, whole-person approach to wellness, earning a Master’s in Integrative Health and now completing my Doctorate. And then I became a dance mom. I created Thriving Dancers to help dance moms navigate health decisions with clarity and confidence, blending holistic wisdom with research-informed strategy, so you have options, not just protocols. After many conversations with moms of athletes, including dance moms,
This isn’t about fixing dancers and athletes. It’s about supporting the whole human behind the 'technique.'
