How to do this:

Learning how the mind works on a subconscious level and how Language/Words/Sounds create this lens that we look through and that shape every aspect of our life, is my favorite way to bring the unconscious to the surface!

There are many ways to change the subconscious including but not limited to, Affirmations/Mantras, Visualizations, Meditations, Hypnotherapy, Journaling, EFT, Practicing Gratitude, Surround Yourself with that in which you want, Inner Child and Future Self Work, Breathwork, Vision Boards, NLP, Art Therapy, Somatic Practices, Emotional Release Technique, Energy Healing, etc.

The subconscious is in a deep relationship with the nervous system and is in charge of keeping us safe and alive. It does it’s job incredibly well, and also isn’t always useful for today.
