Art is a highly therapeutic way to not only process emotions and thoughts, it is a quick way to reset your nervous system and find clarity.

60 min Art Therapy Worshop. 15 mins of practicing art that you can come back to over and over again. We also talk about ways we can incorporate this into our lives more and into our childrens.

20 mins of AbunDANCE. This somatic dance is upbeat and helps shake off the overwhelm, helping to regulate our nervous system and bring in more joy.

60 minute changing of the seasons detox yoga flow. Also great for any change/release you'd like to move through.

50 min breathwork and mobility class. All you need is a wall, a yoga block (book), and a soft ball (pillow).
