EFT Tapping

Emotional Freedom Technique is a form of tapping to stimulate acupressure points to help with physical and mental pain and distress on many levels.

How to Practice EFT Tapping:

The main point is becoming aware both in mind and body through intention, awareness, and physical tapping on certain body points. From my trainings, I have learned that you can do this in many ways.

You can practice in a more traditional sense or take a more modern approach or even figure out a way that works best for you by combining the two or doing neither. The key factors here are the mind-body connection and feeling safe in your body and mind to release things that are no longer serving you. :)
