Breathwork

Breathwork can be practiced to breathe energy, peace, and relaxation into the body. You can quicken your breath or slow it down based on the intention of your practice. Breathwork can affect your mental, emotional, and physical state. There is that saying, “The difference between fear and excitement is breath”.

Breathwork Benefits:

  • Stress Management

  • Pain Reduction

  • Improve Sleep

  • Increase Creativity

  • Increase Energy

  • Improve Digestion

  • and much much more

How to Practice Breathwork:

There is no one right way, only the intention you set and the practice that follows. There is no set amount of time or breaths that need to be followed and any of these breathwork examples can be molded to best fit what feels good and what your body needs in the moment.

So please play around with these and see how you feel and then listen to what your body needs and use breathwork as a tool to help you achieve that. You can start with 30seconds 1x a day and grow from there. :)
