Vagal Toning.

The Vagus Nerves are the main nerves of the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system and connect the brain and the gut. Vagal Toning is the stimulation of the vagus nerve and is part of polyvagal theory which states that this is a way to help us reach a rest and digest state.

How to Use:

There is no right or wrong way to use these practices and depending on the sensations in your body and mind, you may find yourself staying with one for longer or shorter.
