Emotion Code
This therapy created by Dr. Bradley Nelson is the practice of release the emotions and energies that are trapped in your body. This therapy can be done by yourself or with a facilitator trained in emotion code.
Emotion Code Benefits:
Reduce Physical Symptoms of body tension, digestive issues, respiratory issues, heart and blood pressure, skin conditions, panic attack, anxiety, relationship issues, depression, abundance blocks, and more

Important Notes:
This should not be done when you are in the “Thick of it”. Let yourself naturally process whatever event is going on at this moment.
For Extra big emotions, Find your Breath and Anchor Point (video below) and come back later or seek out a facilitator for help.
There is no one way to do this. Practice and see what works for you. :)
How to Practice Emotion Code on Yourself:
Identify an issue (could be a physical pain or chronic issue or block in life) that you want to improve or eliminate.
rate it on a pain/discomfort scale of 0-10 (you can rate it again after you release the trapped emotions to see where you rank now)
Ask for help from higher power and thank it.
Ask Yourself for Permission to Release any trapped emotions.
Use muscle testing to establish a baseline
Ask if you have a trapped emotion associated with the issue at hand. or ask if you have a trapped emotion in general.
Determine the Trapped Emotion/s
Gather any information that is important for releasing it.
Release it
Ask if it was release and take a cleansing breath.
