I am a mom of 3 beautiful boys in Atlanta, GA and came to the postpartum doula world after my own experiences with minimal postpartum support. I became passionate about giving women and families the recovery care they need and the nonjudgmental education about postpartum and newborn care they crave. In my free time, I love exploring national parks with my children, chauffeuring my kids to their sports, and a hot matcha latte.
