Meet Dr. Ellora

Ellora Pollard is the founder of Lady Time Learning, a women’s health education company devoted to giving women the body literacy they were never taught. As a chiropractor with advanced training in functional nutrition, herbalism, and lifestyle medicine, she’s built a reputation as both a sage expert and a fierce advocate for reproductive autonomy.

Her signature F.L.O.W. Framework™ is a science-backed, soul-rooted approach that helps women regulate their hormones, read their body’s signs, and reclaim their reproductive freedom. Through its four pillars—Fuel Your Body, Learn Your Rhythms, Own Your Choices, and Whole Body Wisdom—she guides women to nourish their physiology, understand their cycles, and make informed health decisions without fear or coercion.

Ellora's passion for this work began in chiropractic school, when she learned about drug-induced nutrient depletions (DINDs) and the hidden side effects of hormonal birth control—a medication she had once been prescribed without full informed consent. That revelation sent her down a path of questioning, research, and education, determined to ensure no woman would be left in the dark about her own biology.

She blends deep clinical expertise with a conversational, often playful style—peppering her lectures with herbal tea wisdom, science made simple, and the occasional pun—making complex topics accessible and actionable.

As host of the Lady Time Learning Podcast and creator of the Nourishment Notebook companion guides, Ellora covers the full spectrum of women’s health—from cycle tracking and fertility awareness to stress management, nutrition, and hormonal advocacy.
